Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef patties
  • 4 Slices cheese (Swiss or American)
  • 8 Slices thick-cut bread (Texas toast or brioche)
  • 1/2 cup Secret sauce base (mayo + ketchup)
  • 1 cup Caramelized onions
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Butter (for grilling)
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Relish
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Season and cook beef patties in a skillet until browned; set aside.
  2. Caramelize onions in the same skillet for added flavor.
  3. Mix the secret sauce: mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, Worcestershire, garlic powder.
  4. Butter each slice of bread and spread sauce on the inside.
  5. Layer bread → cheese → patty → onions → more cheese → bread.
  6. Grill over medium heat until both sides are golden and cheese is melty.
  7. Slice and serve with extra secret sauce for dipping.
