- 4 Slices cheese (Swiss or American)
- 8 Slices thick-cut bread (Texas toast or brioche)
- 1/2 cup Secret sauce base (mayo + ketchup)
- 1 cup Caramelized onions
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Butter (for grilling)
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Relish
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Season and cook beef patties in a skillet until browned; set aside.
- Caramelize onions in the same skillet for added flavor.
- Mix the secret sauce: mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, Worcestershire, garlic powder.
- Butter each slice of bread and spread sauce on the inside.
- Layer bread → cheese → patty → onions → more cheese → bread.
- Grill over medium heat until both sides are golden and cheese is melty.
- Slice and serve with extra secret sauce for dipping.
