Ingredients

- ½ lb ribeye or sirloin steak (thinly sliced)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- ½ green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
- Ranch or cheese sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet; sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
- Add steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned; remove from heat.
- Mix in shredded cheese while still warm so it melts into the filling.
- Lay out egg roll wrappers; spoon about 2 tbsp of filling in the center.
- Brush edges with beaten egg, fold, and roll tightly.
- Fry at 350°F for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauce.
