Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Brush filo sheets generously with melted butter and layer into a springform pan, letting edges overhang.
  2. Bake filo crust briefly until lightly golden; cool slightly.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in eggs, sour cream, vanilla, lemon zest, and salt.
  4. Fold chopped pistachios and cinnamon into the batter.
  5. Pour filling into crust and bake at 325°F until just set in the center.
  6. Warm honey and drizzle over the cheesecake; sprinkle with more pistachios.
  7. Chill completely before slicing for clean layers.
