Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
- Slice puff pastry into long, thin strips (about 1–1.5 cm wide).
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each strip; sprinkle mozzarella and herbs.
- Twist strips into spirals, then wrap upward to form mini “tree” shapes.
- Secure each tree with a toothpick or skewer through the center.
- Brush lightly with egg wash and bake 15–20 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Cut small bell pepper stars using a mini cutter; attach to the top of each tree while warm.
