Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate (melted)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate (melted)
  • Sea salt flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and a spoonful of caramel sauce. Chill mixture 20–30 minutes until firm.
  3. Scoop and roll into small balls; freeze 15 minutes to hold shape.
  4. Roll each ball in crushed pretzels mixed with chopped nuts for a crunchy coating.
  5. Drizzle with melted milk and white chocolate.
  6. Spoon warm salted caramel over the tops and finish with a pinch of sea salt.
  7. Chill 15 minutes until set before serving.
