Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk pumpkin, oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Spread evenly in pan.
  5. Bake 22–28 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
  6. Beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until thick and fluffy.
  7. Spread frosting generously over cooled bars and top with sprinkles before slicing.
