- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 8 oz cream cheese (for frosting)
- 2 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)
- 3 tablespoons softened butter
- Gold sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment.
- Whisk pumpkin, oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Spread evenly in pan.
- Bake 22–28 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until thick and fluffy.
- Spread frosting generously over cooled bars and top with sprinkles before slicing.
Notes
- Ensure the pumpkin purée is not too watery for best results.
- Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Gold sprinkles are optional but add a festive touch.
