Ingredients
- Spaghetti
- Cooked chicken (shredded)
- Rotel tomatoes (with green chiles)
- Velveeta or cheddar cheese
- Cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- Onion (finely diced)
- Garlic powder
- Butter
- Milk or chicken broth
- Salt & black pepper
- Paprika or cayenne (optional)
- Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until just al dente; drain.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté onion until soft.
- Stir in soup, Rotel, milk, and seasonings; heat until smooth.
- Add cheese and stir until fully melted and creamy.
- Fold in shredded chicken and cooked spaghetti.
- Transfer to a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake until bubbly and lightly golden; rest briefly before serving.

- For extra spice, add more cayenne or paprika.
