Ingredients
- Fresh or frozen corn
- Bacon
- Butter
- Onion
- Garlic

Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp; remove and crumble, leaving a bit of drippings in the pan.
- Add butter and diced onion to the drippings; sauté until soft and golden.
- Stir in corn and cook until heated through and slightly caramelized.
- Add minced garlic and paprika; season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon and toss well to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm straight from the skillet.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon and use olive oil instead of bacon drippings.
