Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat; sauté onion until soft and translucent.
- Add garlic, jalapeños, and cumin; cook briefly until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until tender and fully cooked.
- Remove chicken, shred, and return it to the pot.
- Stir in corn, lime juice, salt, and pepper; simmer 5–10 minutes.
- Finish with chopped cilantro and serve topped with avocado slices.

- Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your heat preference.
