Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 23 drops pink food coloring (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then mix in egg and vanilla.
  3. Add flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Scoop dough onto sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Once cooled, spread a thin layer of strawberry jam/filling on top of each cookie.
  6. Sprinkle with crushed cookie crumbs.
  7. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and food coloring into a glaze; drizzle over cookies before serving.
