- 1 cup sugar

- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup strawberry jam or filling
- ½ cup crushed golden cookies (for topping)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2–3 drops pink food coloring (for glaze)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then mix in egg and vanilla.
- Add flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop dough onto sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Once cooled, spread a thin layer of strawberry jam/filling on top of each cookie.
- Sprinkle with crushed cookie crumbs.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and food coloring into a glaze; drizzle over cookies before serving.
