Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded turkey
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Swiss or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 2 green onions or parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Arrange crescent triangles in a circular “sun” shape, overlapping the wide ends in the center.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Dijon on the dough (optional), then layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese along the inner ring.
  4. Fold the pointed ends over the filling and tuck under to form a sealed ring.
  5. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until deep golden and fully cooked.
  7. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing; serve warm with extra cranberry or gravy.
