- 2 cups cooked shredded turkey
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Swiss or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (optional)
- 2 green onions or parsley, chopped
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Arrange crescent triangles in a circular “sun” shape, overlapping the wide ends in the center.
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon on the dough (optional), then layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese along the inner ring.
- Fold the pointed ends over the filling and tuck under to form a sealed ring.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until deep golden and fully cooked.
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing; serve warm with extra cranberry or gravy.
